The US official will meet with President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and Minister of Foreign Affairs Elmar Mammadyarov and discuss the issues of the development of bilateral relations.
The Nagorno Karabakh conflict will also be on agenda during the meetings with the Azerbaijani officials.

Kaidanow is also expected to meet with the representatives of the civil society.
