In the instruction of Elmira Suleymanova the Human Rights Commissioner of the Azerbaijan Republic, the employees of the Ombudsman have visited the isolaors of the police stations in Djalilabad, Masalli, Lenkoran with the participation of the representative from Djalilabad regional center. According to the information that the press service of the Ombudsman gave to APA, they have met and conducted a conversation with the detainees.

They have got familiarized with the condition in the institution and at the same time, with the documentation which confirmed the legitimacy of detainment and they have explained to the detainees their rights. The people have expressed their satisfaction about the condition, treatement from the institution managment. The examined isolators were renovated corresponding to the modern standards. The authority of those instituations were recomended to further improve the condition.
