The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Czech Republic spread a declaration on the results of the presidential elections conducted in Azerbaijan. According to the information given by MFA of Azerbaijan to APA in the declaration the quite environment during the elections is appreciated: “The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Czech Republic welcomes the efforts of Azerbaijan state institutions towards conducting of democratic elections due to the international standards and we believe that maximum attention will be drawn to overcome the shortcomings mentioned in the statements of OSCE/ODIHR, Parliament Assembly of European Council and the observers of European Parliament”.
MFA of Czech Republic considers that the significant development confessed by the international observers in the process of the elections are important steps taken for the development of democratic and free society in Azerbaijan: “Foreign policy office of Czech Republic follows attentively the political development, realization of reforms and rapid economic progress in Azerbaijan and is ready to deepen intensively the mutual relations between two countries”. MFA of Czech Republic is sure that mutual fruitful cooperation will be very helpful for Azerbaijan to pass this important stage of development successfully.
