The seminar on “Standards for International Labor Organization and Labor Law” for employers has been held today.
National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers’) Organizations of Azerbaijan Republic (CEA) together with International Labor Organization (ILO) conducted this seminar in order to enlighten employers in the spheres of international labor standards and national labor legislation and assist employers in implementation of these standards. The review of ILO standards, approach for labor agreements, termination of employment agreements, determining of salary and the role of workers and employer organizations in implementation of ILO standards, current situation of execution of labor agreements in Azerbaijan, work time in local and international legislation (working hours, vacations), paid vacations and the other problems will be discussed at the meeting, ILO informs Lent.az.
Five experts on ILO Labor Standards, local experts and the representatives of employer organizations will participate at the seminar. The participants of the seminar will be presented a certificate.
