The resident coordinator said the new resolutions of the UN were being implemented, while the resolutions on Nagorno Karabakh had not been implemented yet.

“Azerbaijan, European institutions must be more active so that they are implemented. One million refugees, internally displaced persons are in hard conditions. People have been displaced from their homes for 20 years. A solution must be found for them,” he said.

The implementation of Resolution 1973 adopted by the UN Security Council regarding Libya on March 17 this year started immediately. The Security Council’s four resolutions demanding Armenians’ withdrawal from the occupied Azerbaijani territories have not been implemented for 20 years.
