PACE Observation Mission which is going to observe the presidential elections has come to Baku. The delegation consisting of 26 people will be leaded by PACE Monitoring Committee co-reporter Andreas Herkel, CEC Independent Press Center to APA. In the frame of the visit PACE representatives will meet the presidential candidates and will observe the process. The experts of the Venice Commission of the Council of Europe are included to the delegation.
