New building of Baku Appeal Court has opened today. The chief of Law-Court, the minister of Justice Fikrat Mammadov and the other officials participated in the opening ceremony, Lent.az informs. Three-floored new building consists of 30 court rooms. The building was built in line with the international standards. There are large meeting halls provided with modern electron information technologies, monitors have been placed for process participants to get acquainted with their rights and duties and the appropriate conditions have been created for prosecutors and lawyers to fulfill their duties and for citizens to feel comfortable. Fikrat Mammadov made a speech at the opening ceremony and reminded that Baku Appeal Court is the biggest court of the country. He stated that although new conditions had been created the justness of judgment depended on judges. It should also be noted that November 22 of this year is the 90th anniversary of justice workers profession holiday.
