Commenting on the negotiations on Nagorno Karabakh conflcit settlement and the expected summer meeting of Azerbaijani and Armenian presidents the U.S. Ambassador to Azerbaijan Matthew Bryza said that: “If such meeting takes place, then perhaps the foreign ministers will meet prior to it and decide the remaining issues.”
Bryza reminded that he is co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group and he has no specific information about the date of presidents’ meeting.
Recall, as Russia co-chair of OSCE Minsk Group Igor Popov previously announced, the meeting of the presidents of Azerbaijan, Armenia and Russia on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlemnet is expected in the summer.
