The president of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliev congratulated the senate of Illinois Barak Obama for his victory at the U.S. presidential elections. At the briefing the head of Turkey Abdulla Gul stated that he hoped for the development of U.S.A.-Azerbaijan mutual relations: “I hope that U.S.-Azerbaijan mutual relations will increase rapidly and I wish success to the new elected president”, APA Turkey Bureau informed.
