The fewest complaints to the European Court of Human Rights have been sent from Azerbaijan, the press service of the Court told RIA Novosti, APA reports.

As at the end of May 2015, the European Court of Human Rights received 1,500 complaints from Azerbaijan.

Ukraine ranked at 1st (13,200), Russia at 2nd (9,400) and Turkey at 3rd (9,200).

According to experiences, the judges do not receive all of the complaints. The decisions will cover only 50% of the complaints.
