Executive order confirmed the “Scheme of Conceptual Development of Baku Subway Line” and “State Program on the Development of Baku Subway in 2011-2015”.

The Cabinet of Ministers together with Baku Mayor’s Office, Transport Ministry, Finance Ministry, State Committee for Labor Issues, State Committee for Land and Cartography, State Committee for City Building and Architecture, Baku Subway and other relevant bodies is to ensure the necessary measures for allotting land plots for new subway stations, electric depots in line with the State Program, solve the related issues and report to Azerbaijani President.
