The President first arrived in the “Teplitsa” residential area in the settlement of Zabrat. Baku mayor Hajibala Abutalybov briefed the Head of State on the work done here. Reconstruction of roads linking settlements has begun in accordance with President Ilham Aliyev`s instructions. He pointed out effluent disposal lines would be built in the villages and settlements. President Ilham Aliyev met with local community.

The Head of State learnt that a new school building would be constructed between Zabrat I and Zabrat II settlements.

President Ilham Aliyev also inspected what has been done in the Bulbule village in Surakhany district. A school will be constructed here according to Azeri Leader`s instructions.
