The Caspian Sea countries are represented in the level of the deputy foreign ministers and special representatives. In his keynote speech, Azerbaijani deputy foreign minister Khalaf Khalafov said that the elaboration of Convention on the legal status of the Caspian Sea, the discussion will be held on the fulfillment of protocol decision passed by the presidents in Baku summit.

The meeting will last for 2 days, the press conference will be held on the result of the discussions.
