He said it should be clarified whether any state has the moral right to issue a report on socio-political situation in various countries.
“One can find shortcomings, if views any country with a magnifying glass. As regards the Azerbaijan-related part of the report issued by the Department of State, one can see that Azerbaijan’s realities are distorted enough. Azerbaijan is developing rapidly, economy growing, people’s welfare improving. Azerbaijan is fulfilling the obligations undertaken for protection of human rights. I consider that it is impossible to justify issuance of the report through distortion of realities in Azerbaijan. Partiality is clearly observed here,” he said.
