The PACE Monitoring Committee has appointed Spanish parliamentarian Agustín Conde as co-rapporteur on Azerbaijan for five years.

He will replace Pedro Agramunt (Spain) in this post.

Agustín Conde is also a representaive of the group of the European People’s Party in PACE and was nominated as a single candidate by the group.
