Thomas Bach, President of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) has arrived in Azerbaijan today to participate in the opening ceremony of the first European Games, APA reports.

At the Heydar Aliyev International Airport Thomas Bach was welcomed by Azerbaijani Youth and Sports Minister Azad Rahimov and Baku-2015 representatives of the European Games.
