Press service of the Human Rights Commissioner of Azerbaijan told that the conference entitled “Cultural rights of national minorities and migrants: legal aspects and implementation” is dedicated to June 18 – Human Rights Day of Republic of Azerbaijan and the 20th anniversary of restoration of Azerbaijan’s independence.

On June 16, the conference participants will visit the Alley of Honor and the Alley of Martyrs. Then the conference will kick off in Baku Business Center.
