Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev issued order on confirmation of State Program on social-economic development of Baku city and surrounding settlements in 2011-2013.

The Cabinet of Ministers has been tasked to take appropriate measures providing fulfillment of State Program together with central and local executive powers, take measures considered on years in the State Program jointly with the Ministries of Economic Development and Finance into account.

Together with Baku City Executive Power the Ministry of Economic Development will coordinate implementation of measures considered in the State Program, once in a year inform Azerbaijan President on course of fulfillment of these measures.
