The agenda of the meeting includes six issues. Constitutional Law of Azerbaijan Republic on confirming amendments to the Constitution of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, draft law on partial changes in the territory of Balaken region, confirmation, permission for implementation of the “Production sharing agreement (PSA) on joint exploration and development of the Shafag-Asiman structure in the Azerbaijan sector of the Caspian Sea” signed by BP Exploration (Azerbaijan) Limited and SOCAR (the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan), confirmation, permission for implementation of the “Production sharing agreement on restoration, development of Balakhany-Sahunchu-Ramana and Kurdakhany oil fields” signed by SOCAR and UGE LANCER PTI LLC will be put to the vote. Draft Customs Code will be discussed in the second reading.

Amendments to the Constitutional Law on “Human Rights Commissioner (Ombudsman)” will be put to the repeated vote.

According to the amendments to the Constitutional Law on “Human Rights Commissioner (Ombudsman)”, a special structure on information will be established in the office of the Human Rights Commissioner.
