He said the State Program for Azerbaijani Youth for 2011-2015 included the article about solution of social problems, employment, as well as allocating mortgage loans for the young families.

Babayev said change of young family notion and adding other status to that are being discussed now. They will choose several ranks to prevent bureaucracy in this field taken the large number of young families under 35 in Azerbaijan. Young scholars, national heroes and their close relatives, sportsmen achieving high results at the international tournaments, young people working in the public sector, talented people from refugee and IDP families will be able to receive mortgage loans.

Babayev said the number of young families with housing problems has not been specified yet. “The issue should be analyzed. We need to deeply analyze the real estate market in Azerbaijan”.
