OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs Igor Popov (Russia), Bernard Fassier (France), Robert Bradtke (USA) and Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk visited the contact line in Terter region of Azerbaijan. Leaving Aghdam for Barda to head to Baku by helicopter, the co-chairs changed their plans and headed to Terter. Local authorities accompanied them during the visit.

Defense Minister of Azerbaijan, Colonel-General Safar Abiyev is in Terter frontline. The co-chairs supposed to change their schedules to meet with Minister Abiyev.

On Wednesday, the OSCE representatives visited the family of nine-year old Fariz Badalov killed by an Armenian sniper in Orta Garvand village of Azerbaijan’s Aghdam region. They met with his parents and viewed the site where the child was killed. Then the diplomats conducted monitoring of the contact line passing through the Orta Garvand village. They will leave for Barda and then for Baku.
