He said following the Cabinet of Ministers’ meeting on January 14, the anti-corruption measures have been started in all structures. The Head of State has already signed two documents for the development of transparency in the fields of customs and police: “Azerbaijan enters the new phase of economic development and important steps will be made toward the transparency of these spheres. One window system will be created in the customs points. For example, those who purchased cars abroad and bring to Azerbaijan will ask only window for implementation of such procedures like its register, registration of its identification number and others. All of these procedures will be implemented through the plastic bank cards and post terminals. E-line system will also be implemented there”.
Alasgarov said traffic police would also fine for the traffic violation through the banks and there would be no any communication.
Answering the question “what spheres contain more appeals against the corruption facts”, the official said: “The people appeal against the spheres where they have dealing with. For example the drivers complain against the traffic police, patients against the hospitals and owners against the taxes”.
