Reporting that he is accompanied by OSCE PA Special Representative in Vienna Andreas Nothelle and Head of the Permanent Mission of Austria to the OSCE PA Lukas Mussi.

The delegation from OSCE PA will meet with speaker of the Azerbaijani parliament Ogtay Asadov, chiefs of the ruling and opposition parties.

Wolfgang Grossruck headed OSCE PA short-term observation mission in connection with the November 7 parliamentary elections and at the same time headed the general mission of OSCE on the election day. The observation delegation also included Andreas Nothelle and Lukas Mussi.

OSCE’s long-term observation mission was headed by the representative of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights Audrey Glover.
