One of them was signed between the Confederations of Entrepreneurs of Azerbaijan and Lithuania and another between Vilnius University and the Cybernetics Institute of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences.

The first document was signed by Algimantas Akstinas – General Director of the Confederation of Entrepreneurs of Lithuania and Mammad Musayev – the President of the Confederation of Entrepreneurs of Azerbaijan and the second document was signed Yuris Banis – vice-rector of the University of Vilnius and Telman Aliyev – Director of the Institute of Cybernetics of ANAS.
