According to the task of the Comissioner Elmira Suleymanova, Ombudsman Apparatus officials reviewed Isolators Number 3, Penitentiary Service of the Ministry of Justice and Baku Investigation Isolator, as well, Temporary Isolator of Ezizbeyov District Police Office. According to the information given to APA from Press Center, they met prisoners and explained their rights to the persons. Representatives of Ombudsman got acquainted with the conditions in the institutions, as well, documents that show legality of their arrest.

Interviewed persons notified that they were not dissatisfied with condition, institution’s administration and officials. Officials of the Apparatus investigated incoming appeals to the address of the Commissioner. They elucidated that prisoners in Isolator Number 3, Rasim Juma oglu Ramazanov went on a hunger-strike protesting for bias of investigation about him and Nariman Safar oglu Fatullayev for bias of investigation by Police officers and sewed their mouth. R. Ramazanov and N. Fatullayev are informed about their rights and recommended to stop a hunger-strike.

Officials of Ombudsman Apparatus met with doctors in the institution. They found out that R. Ramazanov and N. Fatullayev are under control of doctors and receiving permanent medical service. It is recommended to pay attention to their health.
