The head of Headquarter of Commonwealth of Independent States Election Observation Mission Yevgeni Sloboda visited Nakhchivan to check the state of the preparations for the upcoming presidential elections. According to the information given by APA local bureau during his 2 days visit Y.Sloboda answered to the questions of journalists and stated that he had got acquainted with the state of the preparations in the voting districts in Nakhchivan, Babek and Shahbuz. Y.Sloboda informed that the polling stations were well-organized and there was not observed any significant law violence. He noted that the heads of the polling stations were also interested in conducting democratic elections. According to him 7 districts will be observed by CIS Election Observation Group. Two observers will be observing in each district. It should be noted that the coordinating center has been established in Nakhchivan Central Commission to ensure the activity of CIS Election Observation Mission in Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
