According to I.Mammadov the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies is in close cooperation with CEC. “Aztelekom” Production Union has constructed mini-Telecommunication Subscriber System in all the regions of Azerbaijan. There are only 5 or 6 outskirts left in Azerbaijan which will be telephoned by October 10.
