In accordance with the mandate of special envoy of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, on September 9, a monitoring on troops contact line will be held near Gapanli village of Tartar region, Azerbaijan`s Defense Ministry said.

Field assistants of the special envoy Peter Ki, Zhaslan Nurtazin and Imre Palatinus will monitor the Azerbaijani side, while field assistants of special envoy of the OSCE Chairman-in-office Irji Aberle and Vladimir Chontulov the opposite side.
