The committee of law policy and state building of National Assembly with the committee of economic policy have held a participatory meeting. The chairman of the committee of law policy and state building Ali Huseynov opened the meeting and pointed out that, the project Apartment Code of Azerbaijan Republic had been submitted for discussion in the third reading. Notes and suggestions of deputies and experts have been discussed in the first and second reading at the vast meetings of National Assembly.

It was told that, taking into account that people of the country had great interest in this regard; appeals from common people had been included, as well while working on the document. In the course of discussions over the code in the first and second readings of parliament meetings, the proposed remarks and offers have been investigated inter-sartorially by experts. In this project submitted for the discussion in the third reading, composes wide majority of opinions pronounced in terms of this document. A wide range of changes have been made to the document. That encompasses insurance of living area, the conditions of its transition to non-populated area, planning, rebuilding of living area and other these kinds of matters.

Later on, the chairman of the committee of economic policy Ziyad Samadzade notified regarding the issue of making changes to the law “About entrepreneurial activity”. It was mentioned that since 1992 when the law was adopted, there has been great success in this area, quality transformation has occurred. The annex proposed concurs with conforming valid laws in most countries.

It was mentioned that, in accordance with the 3 rd point supplemented to the 10 th article of the law, deputy directors of affiliates and agencies established by foreign citizens must be Azerbaijan citizens and their candidacy must agree with commensurate executive powers, solely after this the institution can be registered. This is an urgent amendment which generates productive condition for national interests, protection of economical security of the country, progress of enterprise. The deputies participated at the meeting have made a brainstorming over the discussion issues and have rendered their attitude to the matter.

And the both project have been recommended for discussion at the sitting of the National Assembly.
